Glycerin, foaming agents and fillers make up most of a typical tube. We replaced them with a probiotic herbal ferment of clove, rosemary and sage, and then put real amounts of the ingredients that matter in it.

2% theobromine
The cacao compound at the center of fluoride-free enamel research. A meaningful amount, not a trace.

What does it taste like?
Earthy and birch-forward, with warm clove, cinnamon, ginger and peppermint. It's not a sugary mint paste. Most people get used to it within a few days.
Why doesn't it foam?
Foam comes from detergents like SLS, not from cleaning power. Use a pea-sized amount on a soft brush and spend an extra 30–60 seconds working it along your gumline.
How long do three jars last?
Each 2oz jar lasts one to two months with twice-daily use, so a 3-pack is three to six months for one person.
Is it safe to swallow?
It's made with food-grade ingredients and contains no fluoride. You still spit it out like any toothpaste.
